These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Talent. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using the platform
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access data belonging to another organization.
2. Employer content
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job postings and for complying with applicable employment law in their hiring process.
3. Candidate content
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted in an application, including resumes and assessment responses.
4. AI-assisted features
Matching, screening, and interview features use AI to assist evaluation. These features are decision support, not a replacement for human judgment — hiring decisions are made by your organization.
5. Availability and changes
Talent is currently in early access. Features, and this agreement, may change as the product develops. We will provide notice of material changes.
