Security controls
Multi-tenant isolation
Every query is scoped to your organization. Data from one tenant is never visible to another by design.
Role-based access control
Permissions determine what each team member can see and do — scoped by role, not all-or-nothing.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic is encrypted over TLS, and stored data is encrypted at rest.
Signed, short-lived file access
Resumes and documents are served through short-lived signed URLs, not permanent public links.
Audit logs
Key actions — including every pipeline stage change — are recorded with who did what, and when.
No protected attributes in scoring
Matching, screening, and assessment scoring never use race, gender, age, or other protected characteristics as inputs.
