One pipeline, from post to hire

By The talentOS team

Ask any hiring manager where their process actually breaks down and you'll usually hear some version of the same answer: somewhere between the applicant tracker, the spreadsheet someone built to sort candidates, and the email thread where the final decision actually got made.

Every one of those handoffs loses information. A candidate's screening notes don't make it into the interview. The interviewer's evaluation doesn't make it into the offer conversation. By the time an offer goes out, the evidence that justified it is scattered across four tools and nobody's inbox.

We built the pipeline as one board, on purpose. A candidate who's matched, screened, interviewed, and offered carries their evidence with them at every stage — visible to whoever's looking at their record, whenever they look.

It also means every stage change is recorded. If a candidate moves from screening to interview, that's logged: who moved them, and when. Nothing about the process should be a mystery after the fact.

None of this is about moving faster for its own sake — though it does. It's about not losing the reasoning behind a hiring decision the moment it happens.
